I can’t believe how much CBT has changed my thinking, I was always over thinking things and feeling stressed in social situations. I am using what Chris has taught me and now when anything comes up that before would have caused me stress I am able to overcome and even enjoy things more.
I have a far more positive outlook and more confidence in myself and in my decisions.
Chris is amazing and didn’t make me feel like my problems were too small and instead helped me to see that my happiness was within my control. I feel so lucky to have had my sessions and only wish I had discovered CBT much earlier on in my life. Both me an my husband have been transformed by Chris and feel like the future is much more positive, manageable and relaxed. Thank you Chris!
