Chris, I would like to thank you for all of your help over the last few months. I was referred to you by a friend who said that you are brilliant and CBT would change my life, she wasn’t wrong! Your incredible patience and non judgemental nature enabled us to work through the events that have affected me in the past and to look at them in a different way, I now know that these things were not my fault. The timeline and ‘hot thought’ exercises were especially effective.
CBT has enabled me to become more confident and be more positive about life in general.
I will no doubt be in touch for further sessions as and when I need it.
I would highly recommend Chris for anyone thinking of CBT.
